Data Controllers

Any entity or person who determines the purpose and means of processing personal data. If your organization decides why and how data is collected, you must register under this tier.

Data Processors

Any entity or person who processes personal data solely on behalf of a data controller (e.g., third-party cloud service providers, payroll providers, or external tech agencies).
